RESIDENTIAL BUILDING  LAPINAUKEA RISE, ROVANIEMI

The area was previously a Lapinaukea sports field but now has a new city plan as a residential area. The apartment building is the first planning part of the winning design for a competition held for the allotment of land. In the middle of the new housing area there will be a park, which act as the heart of the area, around which the new colorful and diverse buildings will coil. The new buildings have been designed to fulfill the needs of families, pensioners and students.

Our office plans residential buildings from apartment buildings to summer cottages. In each case the starting point is always based on the needs of the client and the character of the location, in which case the buildings become characteristically appropriate for the location and architectonically original.
